TERMS AND CONDITIONS

*MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY

The MOQ is 2kg in total.

Our coffees are available for wholesale price from 500g(100g*5 option only) per each lot(item).

*SHIPPING

Fedex International Priority, DHL or Japan Post(EMS) is available.*depending on the region and country. Click here for details

Order limit per week: currently we are not setting order limit and shipping day.

Usually shipping within 2-3 business days(at longest a week/5business days usually) and the beans are roasted within a week. 

 

*HOW TO ORDER

Please order by this webshop. A Shopify account is required.

*DISCLAIMER 1: though it would rarely happen, sometimes custom office in each

country would open 1 or 2 bags of your coffee for inspection (mainly for drug

smuggling). In this case, it’s supposed to be each importer’s duty and we are not

offering refunding in that case. Neither our shipping partners is not offering any

guarantee/insurance for it as it’s totally out of couriers’ control.

*DICLAIMER 2: though we are using Ai sorting machines that boast about 99.9% accuracy on picking up small stones and we operate manual hand picking after roasting, it’s impossible to avoid any risks of small stones in the coffee beans bags.

Unfortunately, we are not offering any insurances nor refunding for those gears damaged by our coffee or any things happened to be found in the coffee bag. 

*REFUND POLICY

FedEx: all the shipments are under insurance option(full-declared value). 

EMS: Japan Post would refund for shipping fee and full declared value.

*We are not offering any refunds for those parcels rejected/returned/

destroyed at the customs clearance.

*Refund limit should be limited to the total declared value on the invoice/refund offered by the logistic partner.

*We don’t offer any extra refunds that would exceed the refund amount provided by the logistic partners/total item value on the invoice.

*We are not offering any refunds for any shipment delays

*We are not offering any refunds for any local risks at the destination countries including customs clearance, clearance delay, natural disaster, war conflicts and local extra delivery costs.

*once orders are placed, any change or cancellation are not accepted 

 

*IMPORTANT NOTICE!! (For our in Main land China and Korea)

As for shipping address and Resident ID, please kindly submit your shipping

address through our Shopify payment link with your Resident address(personal

custom code)to the “Company Name” section. We are not accepting address

submission through email as we are using an auto fulfilling App and your parcel will

automatically be shipped out to the address you submitted through Shopify.

 

*FOR CLIENTS IN MAINLAND CHINA ONLY

*Shipping fee by FedEx will be around 5000JPY for 5kg NET to mainland China. By

EMS it will be 8200JPY for 5kg NET but probably less troublesome and less risky

at custom clearance. FedEx usually delivers very fast and the most reasonable

shipping method to mainland China but custom clearance will be troublesome to

you and it sometimes takes longer time or at worst they will force you to abandon

or return the parcel

*DISCLAIMER: we don’t offer any refunds for any orders regarding custom

clearance troubles.

For better custom clearance, we would recommend you to buy in 5kg in total

(NET) and with declared value less than 1000CNY
